Marketing Manager

Highly organized and proactive Marketing Manager to play a critical role in supporting our business development efforts and maintaining our brand’s professional image. This position is responsible for the end-to-end management of proposal generation, providing essential marketing support to the Business Development and Partner Services teams, and ensuring all marketing and product collateral is up-to-date, impactful, and readily accessible.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with external marketing agencies, possess a strong understanding of the sales cycle, exceptional writing and communication skills, keen attention to detail, and a passion for developing compelling marketing materials.

Responsibilities

  • Business Development Support:
    • Work directly with business development and partner services teams to identify marketing material needs that support their efforts.
    • Develop compelling pitch decks, case studies, client testimonials, and other business enablement tools.
    • Support the business teams with customized marketing materials for key accounts or strategic initiatives.
    • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing materials used, recommend and implement improvements.
  • Proposal Management & Generation:
    • Lead the development, writing, editing, and formatting of high-quality, tailored proposals and presentations in response to business opportunities.
    • Manage the proposal library, ensuring all standard content is current, accurate, and easily retrievable.
    • In collaboration with our external marketing agency, develop and maintain a consistent voice, style, and brand image across all proposal documents.
  • Collateral Management & Maintenance:
    • Manage the creation, updating, and organization of all marketing and sales collateral, including brochures, datasheets, whitepapers, presentations, website content snippets, and fact sheets.
    • Ensure all collateral adheres to brand guidelines and approved messaging.
    • Implement and manage a systematic process for version control and content review of all marketing materials.
    • Maintain a central repository for all marketing assets, ensuring easy access for relevant teams.
    • Work with design resources (external) to ensure visual appeal and consistency of materials.
    • Identify gaps in existing collateral and proactively develop new materials to support business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in a marketing role with a strong focus on proposal development, business development support, preferably in a high technology environment.
  • Proven ability to write clear, concise, persuasive, and grammatically correct content for complex topics.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (docs, sheets, slides).
  • Experience with CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with geographically spreadout teams.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
